A partnership framework agreement was signed last June 24 between the Livestock Development Corporation (SODEPA) and the École Pratique d’Agriculture de Binguela (EPAB) by Mr. KOULAGNA KOUTOU Denis, General Manager of SODEPA, and Mr. AMOUGOU ETOGO Roland, Director of EPAB.

This important ceremony took place on EPAB campus, and in the presence of the Divisional Officer of MBANKOMO Sub-Division.  This partnership stems from a shared will of SODEPA and EPAB to  » combine their efforts and resources, in order to optimise their operations and develop joint actions, for the development of cattle fattening and the promotion of innovative livestock farming techniques« .

According to SODEPA, represented by its General Manager and its top management, this agreement is a necessary innovative approach, which will help integrate the current challenges of the animal production and consumption sector, with a view to capitalising on what has been achieved for growth driven by healthy and republican values.

After this signing, there was a group photograph and a guided tour of the EPAB campus.

The two parties parted with a firm promise to share agropastoral know-how and to promote the development of actors in the cattle industry in the areas of competence of each organisation.
