It includes the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, the Office of the General Manager with the affiliated services, a Production Department, a Commercial Department, an Administrative and Financial Department. SODEPA is placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Livestock, Fisheries and Animal Industries.
