Our quality charter applies here to beef produced in our ranches. It starts with the identification of the animals, the conditions under which they are bred, traceability, slaughter and cutting numbers. The concept of a quality charter sprang from an observation about the quality of meat found on consumers’ plates, which was not always approved. We are committed to establishing rigorous healthy practices in cattle breeding while respecting traditional techniques. Our cattle breeds have been adapted to our land and raised with respect for the environment.
